My Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. To better protect your privacy I provide this notice explaining my online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, I make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information I Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the pixf.com website forms as well as the various mailing lists that are used to communicate to customers. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Name, Address, Email address

I do not currently accept credit cards directly myself, I use PayPal to provide that service. I never see your credit card number.

I am periodically given existing club mailing lists for purposes of distributing announcement notices. I treat these lists as a one-time mailing, and use them for only the purpose of announcing a single event. I do not add these names to my customer mailing list.

The Way I Use Information

I use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. I do not share this information with outside parties.

I use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register on the website if you would like to be on my mailing list. If you do register, you will receive periodic mailings from me, usually announcing a set of new images on the web site. You may remove yourself from this mailing list via the same registration page.

I periodically get requests from one customer for an email address of another customer. My policy is to forward such mail to the second customer, allowing him the option of responding to the request.

Finally, I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

My Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.

My Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, I never collect or maintain information at my website from those I actually know are under 16, and no part of the website is structured to attract anyone under 16.

My Commitment To Your Dog's Privacy

I treat your dog as a potential concern for privacy as well. If you would like me to not shoot or post photos of your dog, please let me know at an event or anytime after an event and I will remove photos from the web site.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that I collect online and maintain by contacting me with any corrections. I use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

To protect your privacy and security, I will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
